WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

My fulfillment agents ship worldwide with USPS, UPS and FedEx.  The most cost-effective carrier is chosen based on items ordered, where those items are produced, and the destination.  Shipping times will vary and will be communicated by the fulfillment agent when you place an order.

 

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me at kimnewmanphoto@gmail.com and include your order number and a brief description of what’s going on. I'll work with you to resolve the issue!  I want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
